Training Programme – Hong Kong Young Ambassador Scheme

Participants have to participate in the training programme designed to equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for promoting Hong Kong and showcasing hospitality. It includes: Visits to organizations, talks, as well as a “Young Service Stars” Competition

Workshops on team-building, customer service and tourist reception skills led by professional trainers.
Best practice sharing sessions led by member organisations of the Hong Kong Association for Customer Service Excellence.
Visits to organisations and attractions featuring tourism interests such as history and heritage, leisure, culture and art, environmental conservation, as well as corporations with customer service excellence practices.
Talks by professionals on topics related to Hong Kong’s tourism development.
“Young Service Stars” Competition
The “Young Service Stars” Short Video Competition on service appreciation and a Project Competition on promoting service excellence.
**Participants must attain an attendance of 70% or above in order to be appointed as Hong Kong Young Ambassadors.**
