Venue: Stationing attractions (The Peak Tower, Man Mo Temple & Central Star Ferry Pier)

Objectives: To provide YAs knowledge and appropriate service skills as to enhance the service quality in stationing points.
Programme content: The content of the booklet includes servicing skills, background information of stationing spots as well as transportation and dining nearby. 
Mentorship Scheme 2011/12

Objectives: To provide current YAs with opportunities to learn from mentors' experiences, knowledge and known-how, and to receive assistance and guidance in fulfilling the mission of being a responsible YA.
To encourage mentors to take up different responsibilities, in order to enrich their experiences and utilize their skills to full capacity.
Programme content: Alumni members are invited to serve as mentors to provide guidance and support for current YAs, as well as to share with them the experience gained from services.
Mentors are invited to join the Hong Kong Young Ambassador Alumni Association as committee members to assist in organizing activities.
Mentors who have completed the scheme will be praised in the Hong Kong Young Ambassador Alumni Association newsletter.
Fairy Ferry 2011 – The Star Ferry’s Harbor Tour
Date: 24 – 25 December 2011
Venue: Tsim Sha Tsui Star Ferry Pier and on “ Shining Star”

Participants served: 3000
Objectives: To promote “A Hospitable Hong Kong” to tourists and to raise the public awareness of the importance of creating a friendly environment.
Programme content: To welcome and greet tourists and local people with Christmas carols and other musical performances.
To dress up as Santa Claus and Angels to take photos with tourists and local people.
To promote the Winter festive activities to tourists and distribute souvenirs to them.
To set up “Wishing Corners” to encourage visitors and local people to make their wishes.
