Tourism Promotional Events

 The Hong Kong Young Ambassadors participate in tourism promotional events organized by various organizations to promote Hong Kong’s hospitality and festivities to visitors and locals.



Hong Kong Well-wishing Festival 2015

Young Ambassadors took up different roles in this event, such as being emcee for the stage performances, receiving international performing groups, dressed up in Hanfu (traditional dress of the Han Chinese people) to take pictures with visitors and introduced to them throwing "Wishing-placards" onto the "Wishing Tree" with new year wishes.



2015 Cathay Pacific International Chinese New Year Night Parade

2014 Sing Sing Starry Night

Young Ambassadors held a "2014 Sing Sing Starry Night" on the Christmas Day at the Tsim Sha Tsui Promenade to bring hospitality to tourists with spectacular entertainments while introducing latest tourist information. Highlights included photo-shoots with Christmas characters, Christmas carols and involving local residents to greet “Merry Christmas!” and “Welcome to Hong Kong” in different languages. All these will be recapped as a video shared online to promote the hospitality of Hong Kong to the world.

Star-lloween

Young Ambassadors, who dressed up in different Halloween costumes, made an appearance, amusing visitors and locals along the Avenue of Stars. Young Ambassadors also introduced to visitors the origins and customs of Halloween, and invited them to play "Trick or Treat", take pictures and put on tattoo stickers to add fun to the activity. 



Urban Mid-Autumn Lantern Carnival

Moreover, Young Ambassadors attended the "Magic Fire Dragon" booth by introducing the history and culture of Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance to the public. 



HKFYG Jockey Club Hong Kong International a cappella Festival
